Most of my clients come to me with a collection of symptoms that seem disconnected: persistent fatigue, digestive issues, "random" aches, or a constant sense of anxiety. Usually, they’ve been told their labs are "normal," yet they know they aren't functioning at their best.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that a dysregulated nervous system is the common denominator of health challenges. After attending chiropractic school at Logan University and completing additional training through Functional Medicine University, I realized that true recovery requires more than just a lack of symptoms—it requires a system that feels safe enough to repair. When your body is stuck in a chronic stress response, it cannot heal, no matter how many supplements you take or how hard you try to "rest." I bridge the gap between physical bodywork and internal chemistry to help your system finally return to a state of ease.
How We Work Together
I offer two distinct paths to help you rebuild your health, depending on whether you are local to St. Louis or working with me from afar.
In Person: Chiropractic & Bodywork. This is the physical "reset." In my office, I use neurologically focused chiropractic, acupuncture, and myofascial release to remove physical interference and calm your stress response. This work is gentle and intentional—designed to help your body physically let go of tension and return to a state of ease.
Virtually: Functional Health Coaching. This is the internal strategy. Through my virtual clinic, we use functional medicine and nutrition to address the root causes of your symptoms. We look at the "why" behind your depletion—addressing everything from hormonal health to gut function—to create a sustainable plan that supports your biology.
